Australia Health Supplements
Australia is the only country in the world that regulates health supplements under a medicines framework. Its regulatory standards are extremely strict—surpassing even those of the U.S. FDA. Regulations cover every stage from raw-material sourcing and manufacturing processes to final product testing, making Australian standards one of the highest international benchmarks
Australia TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) Certification
Australia is widely recognized as one of the strictest countries in the world when it comes to regulating the production of medicines and health supplements. Products must pass more than 300 quality tests—from raw materials through to finished goods—and the TGA also inspects manufacturing facilities to ensure that all production processes are carried out correctly and precisely.
World-Class Quality Assurance
Achieving TGA certification signifies that a product’s quality, manufacturing environment, and production facilities meet the highest international standards, and are recognised by more than 20 countries worldwide.
Australia’s TGA system is known for its rigor—surpassing even the U.S. FDA—and is regarded as one of the world’s leading benchmarks for pharmaceutical and health-product quality.
All products must be listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) and must display an “AUST L” or “AUST R” number on the packaging.
